Within the accounting team and reporting to the accounting director, your main duties will be as follows:

You will work on a comprehensive scope combining General Accounting, Customer Accounting, and Treasury Management. The role includes recurring tasks and a part of back-up on certain subjects, allowing you to develop a global vision of the company's financial flows.

• Register cash receipts/payments and participate in bank reconciliations (back-up for the bank accountant)
• Perform customer/supplier lettering and ad-hoc reconciliations
• Provide back-up on the Kiriba treasury tool
• Account for and manage operations related to factoring
• Monitor customer balances, outstanding amounts, calculate DSO/DPO and analyze the evolutions of invoicing and collections
• Account for and follow up on doubtful receivables

• Manage the accounting and follow-up of fixed assets
• Ensure intragroup reconciliations in conjunction with subsidiaries and the Consolidation team
• Prepare and control monthly VAT declarations
• Prepare the DAS2
• Participate in monthly closing activities
• Prepare revision dossiers

• Prepare the elements necessary for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes

Higher degree in accounting, minimum of three years of higher education.

You have at least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an agile environment or in the consulting/IT services sector.

You are proficient in French accounting rules and work with one of these ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.). Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Fluency in English is an asset.

Organization and rigor, ability to plan, anticipate and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Good communication skills, pedagogy and clarity in exchanges.

Agility, ability to embrace change and solution-oriented approach.

Analytical and synthesis skills.
