Assistant Compliance And Customs Internship

We are looking for a compliance and customs assistant for an internship starting in 2026 at our Paris headquarters.

Your future challenge with us?

Reporting to Guillaume, trade compliance manager, and Annabel, director of compliance, risk associated, and DPO, you will contribute to the implementation of mandatory accounting controls (Loi Sapin
2) and customs compliance for the entire group.

After a period of integration and training according to your needs, your main tasks will be:

Accounting controls and compliance:

• Perform accounting controls framed by internal procedures
• Verify operations recorded in accounting books
• Control certain transactions identified as sensitive in the risk map
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing procedures

Customs control and compliance:

• Control and follow import/export customs declarations
• Perform customs classification of goods
• Support the customs officer in their operational and administrative activities

Your assets for success:

You are preparing a Bachelor's or Master's 1 in the field of risk and compliance/finance/management and are looking for a 24-month internship starting in 2026.

You have had initial experience in compliance, accounting, and management control. You are familiar with legislative, legal, and technical accounting standards.

You are meticulous, organized, and reliable. You are able to analyze, synthesize, and document.

You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team.

You are proactive and a force of proposal.

No prior customs experience is required: internal training is planned.
