Integrated into the Real Estate and Experience to Employees Department of the Perfumes Beauty Division, you will join a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Financial and Budget Management Charge, your main duties are:

• Daily management of orders: entry of quotes, preparation of purchase orders (classification of quotes and sending to suppliers)
• Follow-up of order receptions within the framework of invoice automation
• Preparation of commissioning minutes, in liaison with the fixed assets accounting service
• Monthly follow-up of expenditure commitments on investments in anticipation of cash reporting
• Preparation of cost and investment budgets
• Follow-up of the accounting closure of the year: follow-up of receptions, reminders on non-received invoices, constitution of provisions
• Preparation of the social balance sheet, for the accounting part, of the different legal entities
• Participation in the formalization and updating of procedures: writing of operating procedures and documentation of processes
• Regular interactions with operational teams, general accounting, fixed assets...

You are in the process of completing a higher education (bac+2) in accounting. You are proficient in computer tools, especially EXCEL and SAP, and have knowledge in accounting, expenditure commitments.

You have good writing and relationship skills, and a positive team spirit that will allow you to integrate easily.

You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, organization, and are a force of proposal.
