Comptable Back-Up​/Gestion Factor & Support Trésorerie F​/H

Within the accounting team and reporting to the accounting director, your main duties will be as follows:

Back-up accounting for bank and clients:

• Ensure the back-up of the bank accountant for the recording of receipts and payments.
• Lettering of client and supplier invoices and occasional reconciliations.

Management of factoring (Factor) and client accounting:

• Daily follow-up of the cessions of receivables and invoiced balances via the factor.
• Control of commissions and communication with the factor to ensure compliance.
• Framing of the client balance, follow-up of arrears, calculation of DSO/DPO and analysis of the evolution of invoicing and receipts.
• Participation in the accounting closure in support.

Treasury support:

• Back-up of the treasurer on the Kiriba tool and monitoring of cash forecasts.
• Participation in the elaboration of treasury forecasts and analysis of discrepancies.

Reporting and compliance:

• Preparation of the information necessary for internal and external audits.
• Monitoring compliance with procedures and accounting standards.
• Contribution to the improvement of accounting and financial processes.

Technical skills:

• Bac 3 minimum in accounting/finance, ideally Bac +5.
• Experience in bank accounting, clients and factoring.
• Mastery of ERP, advanced Excel and treasury tools such as Kiriba.
• Knowledge of client indicators: DSO, DPO, arrears.
