Spectrum Search is working with an excellent firm in north Dallas that is adding to its team. This is a Senior Tax Associate who will handle preparing tax items and returns for multiple clients of the firm.
The role includes several perks like a great work/life balance, shortened summer hours, several floating holidays, a wonderful culture, and plenty more. They are in the office 2 days a week.
This firm prides itself on providing internal promotions. Most of the current Partners started as interns with this firm and worked their way up!
Responsibilities- Tax preparation, planning, and research duties
- Handle returns for individuals, partnerships, and S Corps
- Involved with 1040's, 1065's, and more
- Ability to help train and develop new staff and interns
- CPA or eligible
Depending on experience, the opportunity pays $85k-$95k. The company also pays multiple bonuses as well.
