• Take ownership of the company’s day to day finance function.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Develop reporting that helps the owner make informed commercial decisions.
• Improve financial processes, controls, and systems as the business grows.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations as required.
• Work closely with external accountants and other advisers.
• Provide commercial insight that helps the business continue to grow.

• Previous experience in a Controller, Finance Manager, or senior accounting position.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Someone who enjoys improving processes and building structure.
• A commercially minded accountant who can communicate confidently with business owners.
• Someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• CPA or equivalent qualification would be welcomed, although practical experience is just as important.
