Our client in the Addison, TX area is seeking an AR Billing Administrator to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Support customer billing operations and ensure accurate account management for a large client portfolio.
• Manage billing activities, including rental, mileage, and account-related charges while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with customer and third-party systems to submit invoices and support payment processing requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to address account concerns, research discrepancies, and promote positive customer experiences.
• Prepare and deliver customer-specific reports, billing analyses, and account documentation as needed.
• Track and maintain billing-related cases, account records, and follow-up activities to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Apply accounting principles to support receivable processes, account reconciliations, and past-due balance management.
• Utilize Excel (strong Pivot Table usage) and ERP systems to analyze data, maintain records, and support business reporting.
