HR Additions has partnered with a premier provider company in search of a Payroll Tax Analyst. This role is contract and anticipated to last 9 months. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a hybrid work model and ability to start immediately.

• Manage day-to-day payroll tax operations in a high-volume, multi-state, and multi-entity environment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Review, reconcile, and balance quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, including W-2s/W-2
  
  Cs, while preparing amendments and manual filings as needed.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices through direct communication with tax agencies and coordination with ADP to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner closely with Payroll Analysts to address tax-related inquiries and maintain accurate employee tax setups and with holdings.
• Oversee payroll tax account maintenance, including registering new tax accounts, managing POAs and TPAs, updating account information, and closing accounts when necessary.
• Generate payroll tax reports for internal stakeholders and assign appropriate GL coding for tax refunds and manual payments.

• 5 years payroll tax experience required.
• ADP Enterprise/EV6 with ADP Smart Compliance
