Staff Accountant

Our small financial services client is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have two full years of staff level accounting experience that includes:

• General ledger accounting
• Full-cycle month-end close experience
• Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations
• Cash accounting, bank reconciliations, and daily entries into the accounting system.
• Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and similar tools.
• ERP experience (cannot be a Quick Books only background)
• Task master who does not need much oversight preferred
• Bachelor level degree is REQUIRED
