• Own key components of the monthly close process

• 2+ busy seasons in public accounting (
  Big 4 or regional CPA firm strongly preferred
  )
• Audit or Assurance experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Exposure to real estate, investment clients, or property accounting is a plus—but not required
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
