Senior Accountant

Financial Additions is searching for a degreed Senior Accountant for a contract-to-hire, hybrid position in Addison, TX. This role will include financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, cost allocation improvements, and helping to optimize efficiencies within the department.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and entity-level reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure GL accuracy
• Calculate and report Cost of Sales by Entity.
• Prepare detailed Profit and Loss statements
• Manage Capital Expenditure reporting and analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage rebate accounting and cost allocations
• Support audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
• Identify process improvements and assist with special projects
• Review work and provide guidance to junior accounting staff (but no direct reports)

• 4+ years in senior accounting role
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
