High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a senior executive while helping maintain a productive and welcoming office environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while also contributing to office operations and supporting key people-related initiatives.
What You'll Do Executive Support- Manage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate meetings and assist with follow-up, action item tracking, and project management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership
- Support special projects, research initiatives, reporting, and administrative priorities
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively remove obstacles to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and professional workplace experience
- Coordinate office vendors, supplies, facilities needs, and workplace services
- Support reception and visitor experience initiatives as needed
- Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, employee events, and company functions
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office environment for employees and guests
- Provide administrative support for people-related initiatives and projects
- Assist with maintaining reports, documentation, records, and departmental trackers
- Support cross-functional projects and special assignments aligned with business priorities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of administrative and operational tasks
