Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage complex schedules for three Managing Directors and their teams.
You will work in tandem with two other assistants and ensure the smooth operation of the service and various administrative tasks related to the teams.
You must orchestrate their appointments and business trips, taking into account different time zones, where your mastery of English will be a key asset.
Independent in organizing travel, you supervise every detail, from booking flights and hotels to organizing transportation.
You are also responsible for the logistical preparation of meetings to ensure their smooth running, and manage expense reports and invoicing.
With at least 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, you are rigorous, organized, and proactive.
You thrive in a dynamic environment where everything evolves rapidly.
With influential colleagues, you demonstrate relational ease and excellent communication skills, while showing great flexibility in the face of last-minute changes.
The strategic nature of the files handled requires a keen sense of confidentiality, which you master with professionalism.
Working with international teams, you are perfectly bilingual in English and comfortable in multicultural environments.
In constant contact with the two other assistants, you enjoy teamwork especially for coordinating appointments and travel together.
You are proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have an aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
Good communication and a good team spirit are essential to succeed in this position where you must constantly challenge yourself with Directors with different expectations and personalities.
You are flexible with hours.
