We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer‑focused Front Desk Receptionist to support a busy corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and employees while helping keep office operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming multi‑line phone calls
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with scheduling
- Support meetings, conferences, office events, and special projects
- Maintain office organization and records
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Stock kitchen and breakroom areas
- Coordinate with building maintenance and cleaning services
- Maintain phone directories and office contact lists
- Complete sales inquiry forms and route information appropriately
- Assist with general administrative duties and office support
- 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Friendly, polished, and dependable demeanor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Professional and polished presence
- Warm and welcoming without being overly chatty
- Able to multitask in a fast‑paced office environment
- Reliable and detail‑oriented
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable supporting multiple departments and priorities
