Landman Admin/ Accounts Payable Specialist (BBBH
26078) Dallas, Texas
Financial Additions is searching for a strong landman admin with solid Accounts Payable experience for a hybrid role in downtown Dallas. Great company and leadership team!
Responsibilities- Manage multiple inboxes and respond to inquiries
- Code, route, and process invoices
- Set up and maintain vendor information – research discrepancies, reconcile statements monthly, follow up as needed on payment status
- Administrative duties (scan, organize and digitize documents, answer phone, manage mail, calendar, etc.)
- 2-4 years in Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant that also provided administrative support
- Experience with ERP systems (Quorum a big plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and comfortable handling phone calls and in-person interactions
- Organized and can shift priorities with ease
- Some college a plus
