What the Job?- Manage and oversee change processes within the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to facilitate smooth change implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change activities and projects.
- Support the planning, execution, and facilitation of software deployment processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in change management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to follow established processes while seeking continuous improvement.
- Experience in assessing readiness and minimizing risks associated with change initiatives.
