Account Executive Technical Staffing/Recruiting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years recruiting/sales experience in a high-volume staffing agency environment (technical staffing in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, MAC OS)
- Great attitude and a willingness to learn
- Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach

Duties:
- Prospecting and qualification of potential future clients
- Manage an existing book of business while expanding relationships through exceptional customer service to generate referrals/leads
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships with current and future target clients
- Ensure clear documentation of sales progress, client/candidate communications and critical events in CRM
- Maintain accurate records of open/ongoing requirements and project status to communicate with delivery team
- Collaborate with the delivery team to facilitate the placement process (presentation of candidates, interview scheduling/preparation, debriefing and salary negotiation)
- Review resumes thoroughly and qualify prior to submission to clients
- Establish short-term and long-term account strategies, including revenue forecasting
- Participate in key industry events to strengthen the Genius Road brand
- Provide input and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies for new business development
