Pride Staff & Pride Staff Financial North Dallas is seeking a driven, high-impact Business Development Manager to lead growth across the North Dallas market.

This is an opportunity for a true hunter. Someone who thrives on opening doors, building strategic partnerships, and turning opportunity into revenue.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding market share, partnering with organizations to deliver tailored workforce solutions, and positioning our client as a trusted staffing partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business development across the North Dallas market
  • Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and book of business
  • Develop strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Act as a consultative partner, delivering workforce solutions to clients
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Represent the organization at networking events and in the local business community
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience (staffing experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
