Your mission will be to independently develop, retain, and follow up on your client portfolio while relying on more than 900 collaborators, technicians, and experts in all lines of business based in Paris and the Marsh network worldwide.

  • Manage the commercial relationship with clients by developing a trusting relationship,
  • Ensure the maintenance of your portfolio and saturate it,
  • Diversify your portfolio and develop your turnover by seeking new clients
  • Prospect new clients from qualified professional files
  • Schedule and organize your client visits - prospects
  • Provide the client with a high level of expertise and know how to create a privileged relationship in the long term
  • Identify and analyze the needs and challenges of clients and prospects in order to deploy commercial offers
  • Integrate client issues and coordinate with advisors and experts the design of new programs according to emerging demand or special needs,
  • Implement and coordinate risk studies, research rates/calculation of premiums with technical services,
  • Follow up on the client, alert them to new risks and propose specific actions
  • Manage and coordinate the service provided to the client, ensuring the satisfaction of the client by ensuring that the commitments made are well respected
  • Coordinate and manage the exchanges of information concerning the client and solicit regular feedback from the client and communicate them to the interested services

What do you need to know-do?

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree + 4/5 in Insurance or Business School, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Commercial skills: capacity for listening and empathy, ease of relationship,
  • Technical skills: mastery of insurance mainly on industrial risks,
  • Language: good command of English
  • Computer: mastery of office tools (office pack)
  • Other: autonomous and rigorous
