Your Mission, If You Accept ItAt the heart of our Operations team, you will be a key player in the residential experience during one of the most intense and stimulating periods of the year: the summer season. Between rotations, welcoming new residents, and continuous process improvement, you will touch everything including the exciting intersection between tech, operations, and customer experience.
It's the ideal internship for those who like to move fast, learn even faster, and have a real impact.
What You Will Do DailyEnhance the resident experience:
Manage and improve the points of contact between tenants and the Colonies team. Smooth communication, top satisfaction, memorable stay: that's your playground.Boost sales:
Engage with future residents, understand their needs, qualify their requests, and direct them to the best product.Coordinate summer rotations:
Manage a significant volume of movements between residents during the summer. Logistics, timing, attention to detail: a real operational challenge with a big impact.Optimize, optimize, optimize:
Identify what can be improved in our processes and propose (and implement!) concrete solutions to increase efficiency.
Student in management, operations management, or a similar field
You like to explore the unknown and invent solutions that don't yet exist
Excellent communication in French and English
Comfortable in a dynamic, collaborative, and constantly moving environment
A real curiosity for customer experience, new generation real estate, and/or digital services
