In the context of its expansion, HELPLINE is recruiting an Account Delivery Manager for one of its major clients in Paris.

WHAT ARE THE MISSIONS?

As an ADM, your role is to supervise the delivery of services to the client, ensuring that contractual commitments are met, projects are delivered on time, and quality meets expectations.

You maintain a solid and trustworthy relationship with your client. You understand their needs, solve problems, and look for opportunities to reduce costs.

You also work with technical, commercial, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Define the transition and implementation strategy of the client contract
• Pilot and ensure the achievement of contractual indicators
• Optimize financial results
• Develop and sell projects and related services associated with the life of the contract and monitor margin levels
• Animate the commercial relationship and develop and maintain the client relationship.
• Participate in the construction of offers and pre-sales.
• Design service quality improvement plans
• Supervise and support your team of production management

PROFILE

You master the ITIL best practices and management techniques.

Your customer service skills, leadership, communication, analysis, and rigor, combined with your ability to propose solutions, will be the drivers of your success.

Performance management and relationship skills are assets necessary for mastering your role.

Conversational English is required for this position (international context).
