Tasks include:
1. Management Of Rights And Contracts- Participation in the preparation of rights, authorizations, and contracts quotes.
- Administrative follow-up of talents, artists, photographers, and service providers.
- Help in the collection and organization of contractual documents.
- Updating of rights and deadlines tracking tables.
- Participation in the follow-up of rights renewals and extensions.
- Verification of administrative and contractual information.
- Participation in the follow-up of purchase orders and invoices.
- Verification of administrative elements before payment.
- Coordination with production, finance, and project teams.
- Follow-up of internal validations and archiving of documents.
- Assistance in exchanges with modeling agencies, artists, agents, and suppliers.
- Participation in research of information related to rights and uses.
- Support in the preparation of rights summaries and client documents.
- Participation in the organization and optimization of internal follow-up tools.
- Help in sourcing artists, photographers, or visual content according to project needs.
- Participation in the administrative management of acquisitions and licenses.
- Research and monitoring of creative profiles and artistic references.
Skills required:
- Great rigor and sense of organization.
- Good interpersonal skills and writing ease.
- Interest in subjects related to rights, advertising, production, and talents.
- Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and office tools.
- Ability to manage several topics in parallel.
- Curiosity and desire to learn.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
