Seetch Startup Opportunity

Seetch is a startup transforming the status of VTC drivers by offering them a permanent contract with full social coverage. We launched in March 2026 and aim to target 1,000 drivers this year. We are part of the Heetch group.

You will work directly with the founder on all topics that drive the company. Your mission is to build and structure operational processes to scale to 1,000 drivers, and address issues as they arise.

In practice, you will be involved in everything: ops, driver recruitment, sales, tech, legal, payroll. Wherever there is a topic to advance, you will be on it. This is a position for someone who wants to understand how a startup is built from the inside and has a real playground.

Missions:

• Ops: structure and automate workflows (onboarding, payroll, customer service)
• Growth and driver acquisition: find new recruitment channels, analyze what converts and what doesn't
• Sales: refine our commercial discourse with drivers, create scripts, presentation tools, and document common objections
• Tech and AI: build internal tools and AI automations to do more with less, and go faster than twice as large teams

And beyond: all cross-functional topics where the company needs to move forward (relationships with platforms, partners, legal, tooling).

Profile:

• Student in a business school, or equivalent education
• Independent, solution-oriented, and capable of structuring
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Gsheet, Notion...)
• You use AI daily and like building tools with it
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate simply with drivers
• Ability to juggle multiple topics and adapt quickly
• Previous experience in operations or project management is a plus
