Functions:

• Capture, format, edit, and send written correspondence;
• Manage incoming (sorting and distribution, digitization of received accounting documents) and outgoing (sorting, postage, deposit at postal agency, digitization) mail;
• Contribute to sales administration, invoicing, and follow-up of client payments;
• Track client receipts, follow up on non-payments, and conduct follow-up operations;
• Ensure management and follow-up of supply and consumable stocks;
• Classification and compilation of accounting documents, entry into accounting or management software;
• Preparation and entry of expense reports, management of restaurant TK;
• Reception of visitors or clients, and telephone switchboard on certain time slots

Would be a plus:

• Carry out communication actions to promote and value the service offer to potential clients, manage presence on social networks;

• The position is based in Paris;
• 3/5 preferred;
• Minimum wage or more depending on profile.
