The "Event Project Manager" intern will be an integral part of Latham's "Client Events" team. The role involves assisting the Client Events team in organizing and implementing events, seminars, and conferences. Based in our Paris office, this internship will start in September 2026 and will be open to hybrid work (alternating in-office and remote).

As an Event Project Manager, you will participate in organizing events for our clients in the European market, with a primary focus on those in the Paris office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participate in several event projects from initial conception to on-site execution, in collaboration with the "Client Events Senior Specialist" and other team members.
• Organize targeted invitation lists for each event by working collaboratively with different stakeholders and the e-marketing team.
• Prepare communications and messages for the event that align with the firm's brand and positioning.
• Determine and control budgets for each event, identify, negotiate, and find budget solutions with suppliers.
