Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to launch the concept of luxury ready-to-wear in 1966, creating the 'Rive Gauche' line, synonymous with youth and freedom. This change represented a crucial first step in modernizing fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired the Yves Saint Laurent house and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position it at the top of the luxury universe.
Today, Saint Laurent collections include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and sunglasses.
Role
Under the responsibility of the Production Coordinator for Ready-to-Wear and Special Projects, you will provide support in the various missions of the Ready-to-Wear Operations Department.
Missions
- You work on the different files concerning the Ready-to-Wear departments (atelier, development, sustainable development, production, quality, compliance, after-sales service), coordinating and centralizing information between the different departments.
- You provide support on the follow-up of Ready-to-Wear production
- You update systems and supports with information related to Ready-to-Wear production
- You follow dashboards for the different departments (Production, Compliance…)
- You support the administrative management of files, filing
- You participate in the setting up of the Model Deposit space...
- You carry out and follow up on projects related to Sustainable Development
- You analyze collection models to determine tests and supplier alerts
- You enter nomenclatures and insert them into the tracking tool for tests
- You manage requests for materials/supplies and follow up according to production deadlines
- You communicate test reports
- You verify composition labels in accordance with regulations
- You may provide occasional support to the Aftersales department
Profile
- You have a higher education degree in business management BAC+4/ BAC+5
- You have a very good mastery of the Office Pack, and particularly Excel (Extraction, dynamic cross-table…)
- You ideally have knowledge of PLM.
- You speak English fluently and mastery of Italian is a plus in the completion of tasks.
- You are dynamic, curious, with good interpersonal skills, recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and for your sense of service and availability.
Convention ed 6-month internship available only starting September 2026.
