Our partner company is dedicated to the strategic and commercial development of new brands in the beauty and care universe. In a context of growth, the company is looking to strengthen its growth marketing team to continue its expansion.

1/ Accompany the marketing team in the implementation of growth marketing strategies.

2/ Lead lead generation activities

• Copywriting and personalized cold emailing campaigns,
• Linked In strategy and animation,
• Writing blogs and updating news on the website.

3/ Boost prospecting with distribution channels for brands in the portfolio

• Search for new stores and contacts,
• Use of specialized tools (e.g., Hunter, Lusha) for email and phone research,
• and follow-up on the portfolio of brands of the main stores.

4/ Participate with key accounts in certain phases of prospecting (emailing, phoning, appointments)

5/ Follow up and improve the CRM with the COO

• Update CRM with key accounts,
• Set up and monitor automations,
• Integration of AI models in key processes.

6/ Invoicing and budget monitoring with the management team

• You have a Bachelor's degree and wish to prepare a Master's (M1) in Marketing of Cosmetics and Perfumes.

Skills

• Willingness to participate in the development of an entrepreneurial adventure in
• expansion,
• First experience in an internship recommended,
• Proficiency in English required,
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (word, excel, ppt, outlook etc…) is essential,
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.

Qualities

• Appetite for the digital and operational, curiosity to discover the fields
• of luxury, beauty and care; commercial fiber appreciated; tenacity; proactive and attentive,
• Good presentation and good interpersonal skills.
