Business Manager Consulting (H/F)
In the context of the development of its Consulting entity, Hardis Group is strengthening its sales teams to accelerate the growth of its offerings around digital transformation, business support, and change management. We are looking for a Business Manager capable of carrying a commercial approach adapted to the codes of consulting, with a strong understanding of client issues. A past as a consultant or significant experience in a consulting firm is highly appreciated to ensure a credible posture with decision-makers.
MainMission
As a Business Manager Consulting, you are responsible for commercial development and the management of your client portfolio on digital transformation consulting activities. You intervene throughout the entire cycle: from account strategy to the sale of missions, in close liaison with delivery teams and consultants.
Responsibilities- Commercial development & account strategy
- Identify and develop opportunities with large accounts and SMEs
- Build trust relationships with business directions and CIO
- Deploy a commercial strategy adapted to consulting services (high value sale)
- Pilot the growth of turnover and the profitability of your perimeter
- Qualify client needs around topics such as:
Digital transformation, organization and optimization of processes, data/AI/cloud/automation, change management, IT strategy - Co-build proposals with Consulting teams
- Negotiate and contract missions
- Participate in the development of offers and their launch on the market
- Be a force of proposal on the strategic orientations of Consulting
- Represent Hardis at events and in the consulting ecosystem
Qualifications
Required:
Education
- Bac+5 (business school, engineer or university)
- Specialization in digital transformation or management is appreciated
Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting or the sale of intellectual services
- Experience in a consulting firm
- Confirmed experience in complex B2B commercial development

- Fine understanding of consulting professions and client expectations
- Ability to sell value and not "man-days"
- Excellent relational qualities and partner posture
