Consultant(e) E-commerce Senior H/F

To support the strong growth of the consulting business unit, we are looking for an ambitious new talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing the issues and expectations of our clients;
• Analyzing the brand on Amazon to produce a complete and precise audit;
• Building the recommendation (defining the strategy, sales mode, visuals, SEO, social media strategy, etc);
• Presentation of the audit and strategy to the client;
• Identifying and analyzing internal commercial opportunities following our recommendations;
• Management of the client relationship;
• Participation in the commercial development of the consulting business unit, including revenue, margin, and production processes;
• Short, medium, and long-term support of key accounts of the consulting business unit.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a dynamic and motivated profile, capable of adapting in a rapidly evolving environment. You meet the following criteria:
• You have 4/5 years of experience behind you, ideally in an agency or start-up media, digital or e-commerce support. Even better if you have previous experience on Amazon;
• You have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, with a structured mind to diagnose client issues;
• You are comfortable speaking and can captivate your audience during presentations or client interactions;
• You have a good mastery of Excel, including general formulas for data analysis;
• You are proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides (or equivalent) to create impactful presentations;
• You speak English fluently (C1 level minimum).
