Operational Strategy (Operations). We have 90 people in Paris and Bordeaux. Our functional and sectoral expertise includes:

• The industry and operations (purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing), banking (retail banking, private banking and financial markets), insurance and social protection, energy transition, marketing and customer relations, and the public sector

We have spacious and conducive premises.

The Operational Strategy community is a community of business expertise specialized in supporting strategic reflections and major transformations in all sectors.

Your new challenges for this position:

• Our Operations offer is driven by two main expertise areas (Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You may be involved in purchasing topics if you have the experience and interest, and it is structured around four major axes:
• Performance Plan: defining the strategy (logistics and industrial master plan…), developing and implementing operational levers aimed at improving and generating performance.
• Target Operational Models: redesigning processes (forecasting/planning and S&OP, logistics processes, maintenance…), defining and implementing target organization and governance...
• Digitalization of Operations (IT framework, assistance in the choice and business implementation of IT tools ERP, WMS, MES, Industry 4.0 Strategy…)
• ESG (Defining and implementing sustainable strategies, CSRD, implementing CSR criteria…)
• The missions focus on the support, in the upstream phase, of business and technological transformations, the framing and management of large projects with large groups and SMEs.

• As a Manager, you will be involved in supervising and participating in the implementation of missions. You will be responsible for the supervision and development of teams, ensuring their cohesion and skill development.
• You will also be responsible for prospecting, developing client relationships and loyalty. You will actively participate in the development of technical and commercial proposals, and take part in strategic reflections on the issues we address.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop:

We are looking for experienced profiles to join our team in Paris and/or Bordeaux:

• You are a graduate of a top business school and/or an engineering school (X, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Dauphine, Centrale Supélec, Mines, Télécom Paris, Sciences Po…) and have significant experience in a consulting firm (at least 4 years).
• You have recognized expertise in the field of Operations (Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing)
• You are proficient in French and professional English
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, deeply rooted in the DNA of Onepoint
• You are known for your analytical mind and ability to adapt
• You enjoy working collaboratively and sharing your know-how
