Internship Opportunity

The ESGCI is looking for an intern for its partner company, an international group specialized in collective catering and quality of life services, to support two Senior Account Managers in their event venue rental business in Paris. The client portfolios are mainly composed of large companies, including CAC 40 groups.

MISSIONS

• Supporting Senior Account Managers in commercial development and client portfolio management:
• Participating in the commercial development of existing accounts
• Conducting commercial prospecting (emails, phone calls)
• Following up and coordinating client requests
• Contributing to client retention actions
• Animating the client portfolio through the organization of events (client events, venue visits)
• Updating, monitoring, and reporting in the CRM
• Supporting managers in commercial and strategic actions

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Student in a Master's program in Business Development and Commercial Management or equivalent, in an internship
• Strong interest in commercial development, high-account client relations, and the event sector
• Good interpersonal and commercial skills (phone, client interactions)
• Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Team spirit, dynamism, and proactivity
• Proficiency in office tools; some CRM experience is a plus
