1), the group has more than 70 employees today divided between educational teams in schools and the development team. With currently 8 bilingual schools in Paris and the Paris region, M Education aims to double in size in the coming years.

To accompany our change in scale, doubling in size by 2028, we are looking for our future Head of Finance & Operations. Reporting to Maxime, you are the financial right-hand of the founders and a pillar of the development team. You work daily with Stéphane and Maxime, making this position a rare opportunity for learning and responsibilities at this level.

Your main responsibilities:

• Financial Management: group and school budgets, general and analytical accounting, annual closures, treasury and banking relations, investor reporting, tax and social follow-up, corporate documentation and AGM.

• Development & Real Estate: research and qualification of premises, financial modeling of projects, preparation of bank financing dossiers, contribution to the evaluation of acquisitions and partnerships.

• Billing & Family Relations: management of billing (Pennylane, Airtable), follow-up of collections and recovery, quality of family relations.

• HR & Payroll: administrative onboardings and offboardings, preparation of payroll (Payfit), etc.

• Purchases & Operations: management of the cost management plan, control of supplier payments, negotiation of key contracts, supervision of the IT park and continuous process improvement.

This is a broad and exposed position, ideal for a profile that wants to take on real operational and real estate responsibilities in direct contact with experienced founders.

To succeed in this role, you will benefit from a tailor-made handover and several months of support by our current Head of Finance.

To succeed in this role, your best assets will be:

• A Bachelor's degree (business school, engineering or university) in finance or management, and 3 to 6 years of experience (transaction services, consulting, or versatile finance position in startup / scale-up). Previous exposure to real estate development or financing is a plus.

• A "Builder / Ops" profile: you are comfortable with digital tools (Airtable, Make/Zapier, Notion, Pennylane, Payfit) and you are always looking to automate repetitive tasks.

• True versatility: you are as comfortable on a financing table as on a payroll issue or an IT problem.

• Reliability and rigor: result-oriented, deadlines do not escape you and your files are always up to date.
