You contribute to high-stakes missions: strategic framing, definition of data and AI trajectories, governance, pilotage of transformation programs, and change management;

Your new challenges for this position:

• Risk & Compliance:
  Accompany our clients in their compliance efforts in terms of benchmarks and data quality, ensuring that their processes respect KYC standards and current regulatory requirements.
• Financial Security:
  Advise and manage financial security projects, with a focus on combating money laundering and terrorist financing (AML), anti-corruption controls (Sapin II), embargo management, and compliance with the MIFID II directive.
• Quality of Reference Data:
  Implement rigorous controls of the quality and reliability of reference data, ensuring robust and transparent risk management processes.
• KYC Compliance and Internal Controls:
  Supervise Know Your Customer procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while improving the efficiency of internal controls.

Your profile and the expertise you wish to develop:

• Profiles sought from 2 years of experience (consulting, banking)

Required skills:

• Significant experience in regulatory compliance, financial security, or risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of AML, Sapin II, MIFID II regulations, and KYC requirements.
• Mastery of data quality management processes and tools.
• Analytical skills, rigor, and ability to navigate complex and regulated environments.

• First exchange with Marie DUPONT-BLIECQ: discovery of your background and professional project (duration: 30 min)
• Second interview with a Leader or Leader + Associate*: skills test with potentially a case study (duration: 1 hour)
• Third interview with an Associate or Leader*: focus on mindset and evaluation of know-how (duration: 1 hour)
• Fourth interview with a Leader or Partner*: validation of your integration and fit with the group culture + sharing of current missions. (duration: 1 hour)
