Integrated into the Real Estate and Employee Experience Direction of the Fragrances Beauty Division, and reporting to the Head of Building Technical and Security Operations, you will join a dynamic environment.
YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL
Lead the project to deploy ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certifications across the relevant scope
Coordinate all actions necessary to obtain and maintain certifications
Conduct an initial state of affairs (diagnosis, identification of discrepancies)
Develop and update necessary documentation (procedures, operating modes, records, etc.) and define monitoring indicators
Organize and lead multidisciplinary working groups
Raise awareness and train teams on the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
Monitor the progress of the action plan, regularly report to management
Prepare and accompany internal and external audits
Prepare and lead presentations of the standards in CODIR
Create training modules/awareness programs on risks
Follow regulatory obligations (Unique Document, Risk Prevention Plan)
Ensure the operational implementation of Chanel's technical/standards
Participate in the daily management of operations related to building surveillance: lead security and safety service providers (quality control: appearance, attitude, respect of procedures; validation of new agents; writing and/or updating guidelines)
Ensure fire safety compliance (annual checks of safety equipment, organization of training)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Graduated from a higher education institution, you have acquired solid technical knowledge in occupational health and safety and security.
You have significant experience in managing HSE management systems, in the context of ISO certification.
You have good skills in leading cross-functional projects, in rallying and accompanying change.
You have a mastery of ISO
45001 and ISO
14001 standards and a good knowledge of the reference texts governing the activity (labor code, APSAD rules).Dynamic, you have a sense of service, responsibilities, and real listening and adaptation skills.
Good mastery of office tools and very good writing skills are also expected.
An operational level of English is also required.
Discretion, humility, and rigor are finally indispensable qualities to succeed in this position.
