The Compliance team is dedicated to supporting its clients in the financial services sector or in other industries (energy, transport, luxury, pharmaceutical industry, etc.) on their many regulatory and compliance challenges (AML, IA Act, duty of vigilance, Sapin II, ESG notably CS3D, Third party Risk Management, etc.) particularly within compliance, risk, legal, or ethical directions.

Within a team of experienced and growing consultants, you will support our clients particularly on the following missions:

• Supporting up to transformation, through the optimization of Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Control, Legal, and Ethical functions/directions,
• Evaluation, definition, and implementation of risk management, ethics, and deontology systems (risk mapping, control procedures, control plans, etc.),
• Conducting compliance diagnostics and audits,
• Regulatory analysis and implementation of compliance plans in response to regulatory requirements and change management,
• Identification and implementation of innovative solutions (AI / GenIA, RPA, Chatbot, etc.).

In the context of the firm's internal activities, your participation will focus on the following areas:

• Taking charge of initiatives on innovative offerings structured within our working groups,
• Development or strengthening of our offerings through training, working groups, dissemination of internal and external support, etc.,
• Publication policy (studies, press releases, etc.) and animation of external events,
• Commercial development by contributing to the definition of needs and participating in commercial actions.

Graduate of a top engineering or business school or holder of a Master 2 in Law / Compliance (double curriculum appreciated) from a major university, you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or with large companies on large-scale projects around compliance issues.

You have an interest in data and AI issues, the ability to quickly develop skills on these subjects, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize opportunities.
