Our partner company supports businesses in implementing well-being and mental health actions to improve the quality of work life and the performance of employees.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Commercial prospecting – Lead acquisition
• Competitive and sectorial analyses to identify future commercial development axes
• Targeting prospects within targeted companies (HR, Training Managers, QVT Managers, Office Managers...),
• Management of cold emailing and cold call campaigns,
• Daily update, optimization and follow-up of our CRM,
• Participate in the follow-up of KPIs and OKR (Objectives + Key Results) and the management of success.

Operational implementation

• Planning of QVT actions (workshops & training) within its different client companies all over France,
• Management of schedules and booking of its QVT experts (trainers),
• Creation of workshops & training on our digital platform, (technical management and video links),
• Assist our CEO daily in the realization of its missions.

Management and follow-up of the customer relationship

• Analysis of the needs of current clients and elaboration of adapted action plans,
• Co-management of client accounts and personalized follow-up (reminders),
• Participation in QVT quarterly reviews,
• Realization of client follow-up meetings.

• You have a Bac +2 and wish to prepare a Bachelor 3 e-sport Business spec. Digital communication and event management in alternation in our school,
• You show impeccable organization, you are autonomous and proactive,
• Commercial at heart, pedagogical and good communicator, you know how to pitch and convince in writing as well as orally,
• With important relational qualities, you understand the needs of your interlocutors and propose adapted solutions,
• You are curious, quick, creative and pragmatic to imagine and evolve the company's processes if necessary,
• You easily adapt to changes and always find solutions in the face of unforeseen events,
• You are versatile, structured and know how to implement processes and follow them,
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are recognized for your perseverance at all costs,
• Interest and knowledge of the well-being/quality of work life market and its trends is a plus.
