• Assist the General Manager in the daily management of cleaning and laundry teams,
• Participate in the planning and organization of team work,
• Ensure the quality of cleaning and laundry services,
• Monitor the stocks of linen and cleaning products,
• Participate in the training and integration of new employees,
• Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions,
• Participate in the budgetary management of the service,
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• You have a bachelor's degree and wish to prepare an MBA (M2) in Hospitality Management,
• Good knowledge of cleaning and laundry techniques,
• Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation,
• Analytical and synthesis skills,
• Diligence, organization, and autonomy.
