Tomorro is a SaaS platform for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), powered by Oro, our AI copilot. CLMs are powerful, but they are also heavy: long sales cycles, implementation that can take months, high time-to-value. That's why at the end of 2025, we launched Oro as a standalone, lightweight AI product designed to boost the productivity of legal professionals: writing, summarizing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts.

Strategically, Oro allows us to accelerate our GTM with faster adoption and product-led growth, while opening a natural path to the CLM platform: come for Oro, stay for the CLM.

We are now looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the Standalone squad and make Oro a high-quality, high-traction AI product for legal professionals.

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for making Oro a product that legal teams truly use, buy, and trust.

Make Oro a reflex in the daily life of legal professionals

Make Oro useful enough to become a daily tool, not a demo that is pulled out occasionally. Design end-to-end experiences that allow users to accomplish real tasks without juggling between tools or correcting poor results. Improve the precision of the AI until delegation becomes credible: users must be able to trust Oro to analyze, write, summarize, and negotiate real contracts.

Use Oro to open deals, then extend to Tomorro

Build product journeys that transform a first use into a qualified sales conversation. Help Sales and Marketing teams understand which users, use cases, and messages create real traction. Make the come for Oro, stay for Tomorro concrete in the product: clear expansion signals, handoff moments, upgrade reasons.

Help Tomorro build better AI-native products

Provide concrete ways to use AI at all stages of the product cycle: discovery, prototyping, specs, QA, analysis, iteration. Help the Product team understand what makes an agentic experience work: autonomy, user control, trust, feedback loops, and clear failure management.

• Usage is significantly stronger: activation, weekly usage, recurring usage, and retention increase on the target ICP.

• Oro handles real end-to-end work: users rely on it for contract analysis, writing, summarizing, or negotiating, without going back to manual processes.

• The quality of the AI is driven as a product metric: precision, user feedback, and completion rates are measured and directly guide the roadmap.

• The GTM is replicable: we know which ICPs, channels, use cases, and messages generate qualified Oro opportunities.

• Oro creates a clear path to Tomorro: product usage reveals when an account should move from standalone productivity to a broader CLM conversation.

• 6+ years as a PM, ideally on a technical B2B SaaS product, AI-heavy, or heavily usage-driven.

• You have shipped AI features where reliability, trust, and user control were real product constraints, not theoretical issues.
