As a Senior Consultant in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will tackle clients’ business problems head‑on by leading a small workstream or engagement proportional to your leadership and experience level. You will provide strategic direction to clients, manage project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks, and produce high‑quality deliverables. As a leader of small client‑facing initiatives, you will collaborate with strategy, technology, and design consultants, interface directly with client stakeholders, and share recommendations.
Additionally, you will support internal initiatives to grow the firm.

Who You Are- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience or industry equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
- Highly driven professional with passion for Strategy & Operations, Digital, Program Leadership, and Organizational Change Management.
- Enjoy serving in a client‑facing role and building relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent research, analysis, and quantitative capabilities.
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000. The salary range listed is provided for informational purposes only and is one component of the total compensation package.

Hybrid Working ModelEmployees may work remotely two days a week, with three days in person, choosing based on project and team. Flexibility balances in-person connection for building relationships.
TravelMost projects do not require extensive travel; typical annual average 10%–30%. Some may involve up to 80% travel. We consider preferences when assigning roles.
