Lithko Contracting is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join our Travel Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of large-scale projects and collaborating closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

• Developing a project plan for your phase of work.
• Understanding project information and identifying obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work.
• Preparing your team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensuring your team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizing and tracking time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensuring project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicating project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in project execution with a large-scale self-performing general contractor or concrete contracting firm.
• Demonstrated experience in self-performing concrete work.
• Experience managing projects valued at over $1 million, with a diverse portfolio of project types, especially commercial and industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Proven leadership skills to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and be present on-site according to a rotating schedule, with the ability to accommodate extended stays as necessary.
