We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage the construction of luxury custom homes from inception to completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including the management of the budget, project timeline, materials, quality control, and subcontractors.

You will be working on a variety of challenging and complex projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including inception, design, construction, and completion.

Manage the construction of luxury custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.

Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials.

Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify any potential issues or defects.

Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns or issues.

Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in the luxury home building sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience with budget management, project management, quality control, blueprint reading, subcontractor management, and materials management.

Extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and suppliers.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they become problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction project management software and other relevant computer applications.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to construction sites will be required.
