Position: Planificateur / Scheduler (Construction Project)

Planificateur / Scheduler (Construction Project)

In response to the continuous expansion of our activities in France, we are looking to recruit a "Plannificateur" to work on international construction projects for the pharmaceutical sector in France. Missions may require on-site presence in the Paris region or Normandy.

As a Plannificateur/Scheduler, you will be responsible for advanced planning, scheduling, project monitoring, and international project analysis. A thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures is required, including advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis and management, and project objective tracking.

In your role, you will:

  • Implement the strategy, plans, and procedures of project planning and scheduling, reflecting the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the client.
  • Control the progress of project work.
  • Prepare personnel, engineering, construction progress, and customized reports.
  • Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules.
  • Analyze the project schedule, critical path, and major risks for the entire project.
  • Analyze project schedule deviations from the project baseline, highlighting delays and proposing corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly project reports and specific presentations.
  • Analyze and highlight the overall impact of any deviation.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in project controls and time and schedule management, preferably in high-tech, manufacturing, industrial, or other projects.
  • Level of experience with project planning tools (Primavera P6): expert/advanced.
  • Ability to coordinate/organize multiple sources of planning inputs/performance data and provide reports on the status of projects/programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacity and willingness to create added value and propose solutions.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with the project team.
  • Excellent communication skills in FRENCH and ENGLISH (oral and written).
