Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Addison, TX, responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will review plans and specifications, lead site meetings, track progress, and address issues to keep projects aligned with client expectations and contractual requirements.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, preparing status reports, collaborating with architects and engineers, and supporting continuous improvement of construction processes.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills to lead projects through all phases of delivery.
  • Candidates should possess Construction Management and Project Coordination skills to oversee field operations, stakeholders, and workflows.
  • Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage costs, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple projects.
  • Relevant experience in commercial, industrial, or medical office construction, including reading blueprints and working with architects and engineers.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance, with a focus on site safety practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software tools; familiarity with scheduling software is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in construction project leadership.
