Context of the position:

Within Europa Group, the Digital Publishing division supports the development of the group's media dedicated to health professionals by enhancing their digital presence and innovating on editorial formats to highlight their high-value scientific content for health professionals.

In this context, we are looking for an intern attached to the cross-editorial direction to actively contribute to the growth of audiences and the creation of new digital formats.

Main missions:

• Participate in the ideation and creation of new digital editorial formats (enriched articles, interactive formats, podcasts, videos, etc.) to value the scientific contents from the journals
• Explore and integrate new tools, especially those related to artificial intelligence, to enrich the editorial creation and production processes
• Contribute to the realization of audio and video formats (preparation, shooting, editing, and online publication)
• Participate in the diffusion and valorization of contents on different digital channels (websites, social networks, newsletters)

• Adapt editorial contents to the different formats and uses of social networks (Linked In, Instagram, etc.)
• Create, write, and schedule social publications in line with the editorial strategy
• Monitor trends, emerging formats, and good social media practices to propose new content ideas

• Participate in the design and formatting of newsletters
• Contribute to the improvement of contents to favor audience engagement
• Participate in the realization of editorial tests (titles, formats, sections, hooks) and the analysis of results

Student in communication, journalism, digital marketing, or media.

Expected skills:

• Excellent writing skills
• Very good knowledge of social network codes
• Creativity and digital storytelling sense
• First experience in video/audio editing (Adobe suite appreciated) and editorial tools (CMS)
• Interest in AI tools applied to contents
• Rigor, organization, and analytical spirit
• Good level of English

The remuneration will be set in accordance with the regulatory grid of apprenticeship contracts, according to age and year of execution of the contract.
