Work Experience

* Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

* Check guests in and out efficiently

* Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries

* Handle guest requests and concerns promptly

* Process payments and maintain accurate records

* Provide information about hotel services and amenities

* Assist with night audit procedures as needed

* Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred(Hilton)

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software

* Strong attention to detail

* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

* Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations

* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
