Client Success Specialist

Description About This Role Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information and dispatching vendors. This person needs to have a high level of customer service experience, coordination and problem-solving skills. This person will be the go-to contact??? for all clients and vendors when new orders are placed and any issues that might arise.

10am – 6pm, Wednesday – Sunday

8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

2pm – 10pm, Monday - Friday

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Manage job requests submitted by new/existing clients
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Multi-task via email, phone or other channels of communication
• Research, onboard and assign new vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned ?

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
