MCI in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information on products and billing, resolve customer concerns, and document interactions in the CRM system.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Avaya is a plus.
