Votre Mission

You lead a team of four agents and coordinate the actions of partners to promote health, safety, and quality of life at work (QVT).

You manage complex medical records and statutory devices (CLM, CLD, PPR, etc.).

You ensure the follow-up of individual situations (reports, medical visits, sick leaves).

You implement professional reclassifications and follow the obligations related to disabled workers.

You raise awareness among community actors on QVT and diversity topics.

You manage work accidents and occupational diseases.

You participate in risk prevention (DUERP) and accompany professional reconversions.

You design and animate awareness actions (RPS, occupational health, professional equality).

You conduct studies and manage HR projects, including the elaboration of the RSU.

You participate in the HR committee and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations in terms of health and safety  develop a culture of prevention and formulate recommendations for complex medical situations.

Competencies and Knowledge:
Mastery of FPT regulation in risk prevention, theories of organizations, communication, and management.

Personal Qualities:
Empathy, ease of relationship, autonomy, diplomacy, sense of public service, and teamwork.

Degree: BAC + 5.
