Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Addison, TX, for a Mid to Senior Level Architectural Designer. The role involves designing and managing architectural projects, preparing conceptual design exhibits including site plan, elevations, and detailed plans, and collaborating with other design professionals. Additional responsibilities include contributing to site planning / conceptual design efforts, ensuring design quality, and maintaining project deadlines.
The ideal candidate will balance creative vision with technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design processes
- Minimum 3 years of architectural design experience in conceptual design and schematic architectural design
- Expertise in creating conceptual design, site plans, elevations, other design exhibits
- Skills in Drawing and visual representation for architectural projects
- Knowledge and experience in Urban Planning and community‑focused designs for multi‑family projects
- Strong project management and collaborative skills
- Proficiency with design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photo Shop or similar
- Previous experience in multi‑family projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant licensure preferred
