Production Artist

Position

Production Artist – 12+ month contract based in Addison, TX (Hybrid work).

• Assist the Marketing Production team and collaborate with an Art Director to produce print, social, and web deliverables.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet specified file standards.
• Manage projects from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and brand adherence.
• Develop new marketing materials for the U.S. market and update existing assets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current brand and business needs.
• Assemble assets into presentation documents and toolkits, manage toolkit delivery into the Digital Asset Management System (DAM), and perform production tasks on product packaging jobs.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience with print, social, and digital artwork, supported by a portfolio.
• Associate degree in graphics, advertising art, or related field.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop within a Macintosh environment.
• Experience with a digital asset manager and workflow routing system is a plus.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay ranges are estimates. Actual pay is based on experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
